CityPlace Bootcamp x1/week

  • Starting May 7 -July 4 (9 sessions)

  • All fitness levels welcome!

  • Workouts are a mixture of cardio and strength

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 7:00pm - 8:00pm

  • Outdoors at Canoe Landing Park, Cityplace, Toronto

  • Bring yoga mat and water bottle

  • Classes can be used either Tuesday or Thursday or twice a week if you know you will be away.
